1. What Oskalista is
Oskalista is a wish-list tool that helps people create and share lists for any occasion. It is not a payment processor, a marketplace, or a guarantor of any gift or purchase. Oskalista facilitates communication between list owners and their guests — it does not handle money on behalf of either party.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. By using Oskalista you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at contact@oskalista.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Subscriptions and fees
Oskalista offers a free tier and paid subscription plans as described on the upgrade page. Paid subscriptions are billed annually via Stripe. Prices are displayed inclusive of any applicable VAT.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused time unless required by applicable law.
5. Your content
You retain full ownership of all content you upload to Oskalista (item names, descriptions, images, list details). By using the service you grant Oskalista a limited licence to store and display that content to operate the service.
You must not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or deceptive. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
6. Third-party purchases
Oskalista is not responsible for items purchased or not purchased by guests. We do not verify that gifts are sent, received, or delivered. Disputes between list owners and gifters are outside the scope of this service.
7. Limitation of liability
Oskalista is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Swedish law, Liam Aljundi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
8. Account suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or are used for fraudulent purposes, with or without prior notice depending on the severity.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Göteborg, Sweden.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Oskalista after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
